Inside the creative process
One of the great joys (amongst many) of the Criterion Collection is the gorgeous design of their covers. The most recent post at "On Five" details the process that lead to the creation of the cover for Fassbinder's Berlin Alexanderplatz. The post includes pictures of various iterations of the cover along with commentary. It's a pretty fascinating read, check it out here.
